My stash of papers arrived and they are fab - cant wait to get using them.

I also started a little counter on my blog (hope it works) Thanks Alex as i found it on her blog!

My boys

Dylan got his first set of jabs this week - i think it upsets the parents just as much as the baby! He was a wee star, quickly got over it and just wanted plenty of cuddles all day!

Josh got his 'big boy' bed on Monday. He was in a cotbed still so we made the move, although we under estimated how big it was in his room and resulted in having to re-arrange all the furniture in his room. I will take a photo of it soon!

Josh is also making his mummy venture into the kitchen - i really can't cook - but he has got his 'kids' cookbook out and we have bought all we need to bake cookies, pasta bakes, own garlic bread, fajitas, etc etc. That's going to be fun this weekend!!!!!

Scrapping related update!

Havent been up to much this week scrapping related apart from buying!!!!

I started the 'end of year' teacher presents last week - i am altering them little A5 clipboards. I hope to get some more done on them this weekend. Elsie's new range hit the US stores this week, i have pre-ordered some of it from Scrapshed and its due next week!! Its cool!!!

I went online stash shopping last night - I placed an order with Papermaze for loads of cool paper. They had loads to choice from, really hard to decide which ones to buy, so i ended up buying 27 sheets in the end! Will share a photo of them when they arrive!

Got some stash from Crafty Carrot on Monday & I also received my prizes from KTCrafts cybercrop! I won lovely rub ons, flowers, embellishments & mini book! Thanks girls x

Home sweet home

We went to Bettystown (north of Dublin) at the weekend and stayed in a lovely hotel. Josh had a blast - twice a day in the swimming pool and went to the local amusement park (mainly catering for kiddies) each night. He was very sad coming home and wanted to know why mummy didnt book for 3 nights! Just can't please them! lol!

Just seen that bookings are now being taken for Scrapcamp 07 (Bristol). I went to the one last year and was very ill while there (morning sickness) and was hoping to make it to this one but doesnt look like its going to happen. It's a fab weekend retreat if any of you are considering attending one this year. www.scrapcamp.co.uk

Thanks to Terrie (cheers!) i have been tagged. Basically what that means is that i have to tell you 7 random facts about myself!

So here goes:

1. I was head girl in school for 2 years;
2. My lifelong dream is to emigrate to America;
3. When i met John, we became friends & penpals for 1 year before we started dating;
4. My favourite restaurant is Don Pablo's Mexican in New Jersey;
5. I'm an Avon lady (well few times a year anyway! lol!)
6. John proposed to me on top of the Arc De Triomphe, Paris on St Valentines Day 1998
7. I visited Mount Etna, Sicily 2 weeks before it erupted (only a minor one though!)

I managed to get some scrapping done on Saturday, thanks to the inspiration and challenges given by KT Krafts Forum. They were having an online crop and it was great craic - i even won some goodies!!

Poor wee man

Well Josh got some teeth out yesterday and all was going well til around dinner time. One of the tooth sockets bleed so bad that we ended up taking him up to hospital.
7 hrs and 2 hospitals later, it stopped. So we got home after midnight!

The good news today is that Josh is back to himself - the torture that he is!! lol!!!!!!

My little man has the cold again! (& he has given it to me!) We went to doctors yesterday and he has started him on an antibotic so hopefully that should kick in soon. Also got him weighed yesterday and he is a healthly 12 lbs 8 ozs!

I was scrapping last night!! Went to a handmade album class at Stephs (Forgetmenot Crafts), good class & great craic! So i need to get stuck in on completing it, i can't wait to see the end result!

We all awoke today with a touch of the cold - Dylan had it yesterday, so we will blame him for spreading it! lol!

The weather isnt too great today so we decided to stay indoors today. I had the brainwave to get the boys to pose for some photos and loved the result - especially the one above - watch this space for a layout with that soon! lol!!

Sunny day out

Me and the boys went into town today.

It was lovely, very relaxed and great to get some retail therapy.

We had some lunch, then called in to Stephs (Forgetmenot crafts) and fed Dylan and chatted to Theresa & Angela, we then hit a few more shops before chilling out on the grass at City Hall.

Have one happy little boy tonight, his granny bought him a new Scooby Doo Micro Scooter & i got him a matching helmet - he thinks he is all grown up now!!

What a beautiful day - lets hope the sunshine continues.

6 weeks 5 days old

Ok - it might go away again but this little dot of a tooth has pierced the skin on his gum!!

I have decided to go for a walk today as it's glorious outside (yes - me & sunshine!!). Going to take my little man to get weighed at the baby clinic - i reckon about 11lb 6ozs! We'll see if i'm right! lol!
